Our Core Values

We Love God

This is a Church that is madly in love with our heavenly Father. 1 John 4:19 says, “We love him because he first loved us.” God has shown us time and time again some incredible love, so we can’t help but to love him.

We Love People

We love people. 1 John 4:20 essentially says if we love God we will love other people. We want to share the crazy love that we have received from God with everyone around us.

We Serve God

We have been called to a higher purpose, by serving and trusting in his ultimate plan we can live life to its fullest. Proverbs 3:5-6

We Serve People

God has called us to love one another. This is a church that cares about our community. Our goal is to continually show the love of Christ in this community, and to the world. John 13:34-35

Meet The Pastor

Ray Paxton

Pastor

Ray is a graduate of Randall University. He married the love of his life Carley Paxton in July of 2011. His goal is for the city of Cape Girardeau and the surrounding community to experience the incomparable love of Jesus Christ. Ray is an avid fan of the University of Notre Dame, a lover of all things coffee, and an absolute terrible golfer.
